Sous Vide

• Seal the steak in a vacuum bag
• Set the exact temperature
• Cook for 1 to 4 hours
• Pat dry and sear for a crust

Oven

Reverse sear method: start at a low temperature in the oven, then finish with a quick sear for a crust.

• Preheat the oven to 120°C
• Use a meat thermometer
• Cook to desired doneness
• Sear on a hot pan

Pan

Perfect for home cooking. A cast-iron pan ensures even heat and a beautiful crust.

• Use a cast-iron pan
• Add oil with a high smoke point

Grill
